Our client is a well-known top 10 firm of chartered accountants based in Kent, with offices across the UK and an international reach. They have a strong reputation, excellent culture, and have experienced significant growth over the last 5 years. They are seeking a Private Client Tax Director or Partner to join their team in a rewarding position, offering a flexible working environment that prioritizes staff welfare.
As a Private Client Tax Director or Partner, with a clear path to progression, you will deliver personal tax and advisory services to a diverse client base, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and private clients. You will be supported by an experienced, medium-sized tax team.
You will take a client-facing role, overseeing advisory services on personal tax issues such as IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates. You will lead and influence your team, driving the development of private client tax services within the firm. Your responsibilities include developing client relationships, maintaining existing clients, attracting new business, and contributing to the growth of the private client offering in the Kent office.
Salary range: £75,000 - £100,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
