Job description

A Top 6 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join their highly established and growing team.

The Private Client team advises individuals, families, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of tax matters both in the UK and globally.

As a Tax Associate Director, you'll be responsible for:

1. Managing a small to medium-sized high-value client portfolio, often involving complex work.
2. Advising on ad hoc projects, including private equity, non-doms, and offshore trusts.
3. Handling tax planning and complex tax issues.
4. Winning new clients through networking and business development, and securing new work from existing clients.
5. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, HMRC, and other third parties such as Wealth Managers and Lawyers.
6. Supporting the development of junior team members through technical training and learning initiatives.
7. Collaborating within the Private Client team and other service lines within the business.

Candidates should be CTA and/or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Private Client Tax, especially dealing with complex tax matters, providing advice, and supporting business development initiatives.
