Job description

As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members.
2. Ensuring WIP analysis and billing are up to date.
3. Maintaining files of an appropriate standard for QCR purposes.
4. Liaising with HMRC regarding various issues.
5. Assisting the partner with identifying specific advisory issues, such as shareholder profit extraction/exit planning, shareholder and personal succession planning, and individual relocation.
6. Holding relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CTA) or equivalent experience.
7. Having extensive experience in personal tax services.
8. Having significant experience in developing project plans and meeting deadlines.
9. Thinking creatively, generating innovative ideas, and developing new initiatives and methodologies.
10. Identifying opportunities for business development within tax clients and other service lines.
11. Proficiency with personal tax on CCH Central is advantageous.
