McKilligan Financial Limited is seeking a Tax Manager to join our client-focused private tax team. The role combines advisory work with review and client support, handling a small portfolio while collaborating with colleagues to deliver practical, clear tax guidance.

You will help clients understand their tax positions, meet obligations, and pay the right amount of tax—without overpaying. The role offers hybrid working options and scope for leadership development.

Formación

• CTA or ATT qualified, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of relevant private client tax experience.
• Strong practical advisory experience in private client tax with clear, practical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality private client tax advice across a growing client base.
• Review self assessment tax returns to a high standard.
• Identify and translate tax planning opportunities to client plans.
• Advise on agricultural land, property and wider assets in tax context.
• Support partnerships (including Scottish partnerships) and LBTT matters.
