Job summary

Insite Finance in Chatham is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join its growing advisory team. You will own client relationships and contribute to developing the private client offering with support from senior professionals.

The role balances technical tax work with commercial awareness, allowing you to build expertise and your profile within the accountancy practice. Hybrid working is available in Kent.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification or qualified by experience within a practice.
• Experience managing your own clientportfolio.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Collaborative mindset able to support colleagues.
• Willingness to travel where required.

Responsibilities

• Providing bespoke tax advice to private clients including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
• Supporting and attending client meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.
• Managing your own portfolio while ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Assisting with business development activity including networking and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborating with senior team members on more complex advisory projects.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the private client team within the practice.
