Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Strong drafting and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and able to manage workload independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Advise on inheritance tax planning, succession planning and wealth preservation.
• Handle estate administration from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, trust documentation and powers of attorney.
• Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries on private client issues.
• Support high-net-worth clients with long-term estate planning needs.
• Develop client relationships through tailored advice and business development.
