Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is working with a well-regarded law firm with offices throughout Surrey to recruit a Private Client Solicitor (2yrs PQE plus) for a full‑time, permanent position.

You will join a well-established private client team, handling wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, Court of Protection, and lasting powers of attorney, while managing your own caseload alongside a Partner and the wider team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in private client law.
• Experience handling Wills, Probate, and Estate administration.
• Experience with Trusts and Court of Protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and work with partner and team.
• Provide high-quality advice to high net worth clients.
• Assist in complex private client matters.
