G2 Legal Limited in Stamford is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE to join our private client team across Oakham and Stamford offices. You will advise on wills, probate, tax and trusts, and Court of Protection matters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client management skills
• Clear and empathetic communication, making complex legal matters accessible
• Personable, compassionate and commercially aware
• Holding or working towards the STEP qualification, or keen to do so

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on wills (simple and complex) and probate matters
• Handle tax and trusts, and IHT planning
• Manage life planning and Court of Protection matters
• Deliver high-quality legal guidance to clients across Oakham and Stamford
• Collaborate with the private client department to support cases
• Contribute to maintaining a supportive and forward-looking firm culture
