Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Advising and supporting vulnerable clients and their families
  • Managing financial affairs, benefits, and care contributions
  • Preparing deputy reports, Court of Protection applications, Wills, and LPAs
  • Liaising with carers, care homes, and professionals
  • Contributing to business development, mentoring, and team initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE
  • Experienced in Court of Protection and Deputyship matters
  • Knowledgeable in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014
  • Empathetic, organised, and a strong communicator
