This role is with a Tier 1 Legal private client team seeking an Associate to join their successful private client practice, focusing on tax and trusts work, in Bristol or Exeter.

The private client team consists of 22 Fee Earners across four offices, including London. The firm is highly recognized, receiving top rankings in the Chambers High Net Worth rankings and STEP Platinum Employer Partner accreditation.

The role involves managing a caseload that includes:

• Tax advice for individuals and their wealth
• Succession planning for wealth transfer across generations
• Creation and administration of trusts and other private wealth vehicles
• Governance of family-owned businesses
• Will preparation
