Job summary

VennGroup is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor in the Plymouth area to focus on probate and trusts within a busy Private Client team. The role targets candidates with roughly 3–5 years' PQE and a strong background in probate, estate administration and trusts.

You will join an established team, managing varied caseloads and delivering high-quality advice and client service. Hybrid working options may be discussed to suit both client needs and the firm’s workflow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE or equivalent Private Client experience
• Strong probate, estate administration and trusts background
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Professional, organised and client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Probate and Estate Administration caseload.
• Advise clients on administration of estates and related matters.
• Handle trust creation, administration and ongoing trust work.
• Prepare and advise on relevant legal documentation.
• Liaise with beneficiaries, executors, trustees and other advisers.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process.
• Maintain high standards of client care and service.
