The Role

Working alongside highly regarded, STEP-qualified Partners, you'll gain access to high-quality, complex work and have the chance to build trusted relationships with a broad client base, including HNW individuals, trustees and executors. From day one, you'll take on a varied and engaging caseload covering Estate Planning, Executry Administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and much more. You'll also collaborate closely with colleagues in Family Law, Corporate, Real Estate and Residential Property, giving you exposure to a wide range of legal disciplines and ensuring clients receive a complete service. The Work

• Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Executries, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Tax Planning.
• Provide clear and empathetic advice to clients, often in sensitive circumstances.
• Work directly with HNW individuals, family estates, trustees and executors.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive client support.
• Contribute to business development and cross-selling opportunities within the wider firm.

Your Background

• NQ-4 PQE with relevant experience across the Private Client practice.
• A professional, empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting clients, drafting documents and explaining legal processes clearly.
• Knowledge of executry processes, inheritance tax forms and asset realisation.
• Proactive and commercial mindset, with an interest in business development.
• STEP qualification, or willingness to work towards it.
