Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a well-established regional firm in Northampton to recruit a Private Client Solicitor. You will handle administration of estates end-to-end, drafting and attesting Wills, and advising on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and related matters.

The role requires confident client-facing skills, business development experience, and awareness of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Powers of Attorney.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of business development.
• SFE and STEP membership an advantage.

Responsibilities
