Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience in handling wills, LPA's, probate, estate and tax planning, trust creation.

Responsibilities

• Handle private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPA), probate, estate and tax planning, and trust creation.
• Collaborate with senior private client solicitors on complex and bespoke matters.
• Provide clear and effective communication with clients, their families and support networks.
• Engage in hands-on mentoring and contribute to the training and development of the team.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the private client team.
