Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to join a well-established London law firm on a six-month assignment commencing at the end of August.

You will manage wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate planning, working independently and with a supportive team. The role is office-based with one day of home working per week, offering £40-£55 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in non-contentious Private Client law.
• Experience handling Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts.
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and estate planning.

• You will manage a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of non-contentious Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Planning.
• The appointed locum will work independently as well as, working closely with an experienced team to ensure the continued delivery of a high standard of client service.
• This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and a strong background across all aspects of non-contentious Private Client law.
• Candidates should have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• The role is primarily office based to support the wider team, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
• This assignment is expected to commence by the end of August and will run for around six months, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment.
