A local law firm in Bude is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with over 5 years of post-qualification experience. Responsibilities include handling Will drafting, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Probate administration. The firm is known for its friendly work environment and values business development. Location – Bude or Holsworthy Type – Permanent Salary – Competitive/Negotiable Hours – Full-Time, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with five plus years of post-qualification experience with a strong background in private client matters to work at either our Bude or Holsworthy office.
STEP Qualification is desirable but not required.
This position requires good experience and expertise in all private client areas including Will drafting, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts, Succession Planning, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Issues, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration and dealing with Inheritance Tax issues on applications for Probate and applications for Probate.
We are a friendly and successful firm with a team of 20. We have a large and diverse client base and all of our team take an active part in business development.
We use case management systems Advanced Partner for Windows and which is linked to the specialist private client system Isokon for which training will be given should it be needed.
Salary competitive and in accordance with experience and skills. We have a generous holiday entitlement.
