Newstaff Employment is hiring a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive in Corby on behalf of a highly respected legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established Private Client team and work autonomously, handling a varied caseload across the Northamptonshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters with confidence and autonomy
• Advise clients on wills, LPAs, trusts, estate and inheritance planning
• Handle estate administration and all related legal documentation
• Collaborate with the Commercial teams to develop cross-departmental client relationships
• Take an active role in business development initiatives to grow the client base in Corby and the surrounding areas
• 3+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, LPAs, estate planning and probate
• Confident in managing cases independently without supervision
• Skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
• Comfortable engaging in business development and networking activities
