Private Client Solicitor NQ or Plus 3+ Years PQE – Multiple Office Locations

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in London, is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE). (Will consider NQ) This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working on high-net-worth estates and a broad range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and tax issues
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth preservation and inheritance planning
• Handling Court of Protection matters and powers of attorney
• Conducting complex estate administration and trust management
• Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive client services
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and regulations

Requirements

• NQ in private client law
• Strong experience in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts
• STEP qualification or working towards accreditation (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proactive and team-oriented approach to work
