Job summary

CRA Consulting, in partnership with a well‑established Sheffield law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Renishaw, near Sheffield. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive £45k‑£55k salary, and a supportive environment with opportunities for career progression.

You will handle a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate, estate planning, and Court of Protection matters, while building client relationships and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Private Client experience.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Administer estates and probate matters.
• Advise on inheritance tax and estate planning.
