Job summary

GT Stewart Ltd. is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our St Albans team. You will manage a diverse caseload in wills, probate, LPA, and Court of Protection matters, with support from a collaborative private client group and administrative staff.

The role offers a hybrid working model in a well-regarded firm with opportunities to develop expertise and build strong client relationships in the South East region.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 4-5 years' PQE in Private Client work.
• STEP qualification preferred.
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Manage trusts and related private client work.
• Support junior colleagues where appropriate.
