JMC Legal Recruitment is working with a Legal 500-ranked firm in Farnham, Surrey, to hire a Private Client Solicitor on the private client team. The role offers exposure to high-net-worth work, strong mentorship and clear progression paths.

You will handle wills, probate, trusts, tax planning and Court of Protection matters, with autonomy and support from senior lawyers as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• Private Client solicitor with 1+ years PQE
• Experience across core areas of Private Client law

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including wills and estate planning, probate, trusts and Court of Protection matters
• Develop client relationships and provide high-quality legal advice
