Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Scotland is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team in East Dunbartonshire. The role offers a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality client service with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in executries and private client work under Scots law.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously with supervisory guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

Managing administration of executries and trusts, including straightforward and complex estates.
Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and related private client matters.
Drafting legal documentation and correspondence for executries and trust work.
Managing your own caseload, proactively progressing matters and liaising with clients and third parties.
Maintaining regular client contact, in person and remotely, and managing client expectations.
Collaborating with colleagues to support team delivery and shared workloads.
