Frasia Wright Associates, a busy Scottish law firm, is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its Private Client team in East Dunbartonshire. You will handle executries and trusts, advise on succession planning, and draft related documentation, while managing your own caseload with autonomy and regular client contact.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE or equivalent experience in executries and private client work under Scots law.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.

Responsibilities

• Managing the administration of executries and trusts, including both straightforward and complex estates
• Advising clients on succession planning and related private client matters
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence for executries and trust work
• Managing your own caseload and proactively progressing matters
• Maintaining regular client contact in person or remotely and managing expectations
• Collaborating with colleagues to support team delivery
