This role involves supporting high-net-worth clients with tax planning, wills, trusts, and international probate matters. Our client, an award winning and well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their established team of six which is Partner lead, and includes secretarial support.
Much of the work comes across from the firm's commercial business connections, and you will be supporting clients who are business owners, directors, executives and SME entrepreneurs. Key will be a clear communication style that is engaging for HNW clients and an ability to have a genuine interest in their home and business lives.
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitors who has experience in:
You will be a Private Client fee earner with a consultative approach able to explain the complexities of planning for older age, death and IHT matters that will affect wealthy clients and their immediate families. Also, key skills will be a natural confidence, you will enjoy client engagement and meetings, attending seminars and breakfast meetings and is happy to raise your own profile as well as the firm's Private Client Services. The work environment is friendly and collaborative and you will be working to support and lead junior members of the team.
