Job description

Our client, a well-established law firm in Bedfordshire, has a couple of openings in its Private Client Department, and we are seeking applications from Wills, Trust & Probate professionals with a minimum of 2 years' experience up to Senior Associate.

This is an established team, there is a caseload to take over and you will play a crucial role in delivering professional legal advice and services to clients in various aspects of private client work, ensuring their needs are met through effective legal solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Wills & Probate, Tax Planning & Trusts, and Powers of Attorney matters
  • Professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent client care
  • Generate fees and think commercially about increasing the client portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling own private client caseload and meeting deadlines
  • Strong client care, communication, and technical skills
  • Effective business development and marketing skills
