Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Solicitor at the NQ to 5 years’ PQE level to join its busy Private Client team in Scotland. You will handle wills, trusts, executries, and related administration, with an opportunity to advance in a friendly, supportive firm.

The role offers a hybrid working model for flexibility and a chance to develop your skills in a close-knit practice known for its client-focused service.

Formación

• NQ–5 years’ PQE in Private Client.
• Experience with wills, trusts and executries.
• Drafting C1 forms.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-quality private client matters including wills, trusts and executries.
• Assist with drafting and preparing C1 forms.
• Support senior solicitors in case management.

This small friendly firm currently have a need for a Solicitor at the NQ – 5 years’ PQE level to join its busy Private Client team. Early 2023 qualifiers would also be considered. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious to progress in this area of law. You will be involved in a range of high-quality private client work including wills, trusts, executries, and drafting/preparing C1 forms.
