The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning. You will have the chance to engage with a wide range of clients, from individuals and families to high-net-worth individuals, benefiting from both existing client relationships and the high volume of new enquiries the firm attracts.

In addition to managing your caseload, you'll play a key role in mentoring junior fee earners, contributing to their development and the overall success of the team. This position offers a clear pathway for growth, with leadership and partnership opportunities available as the department continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including complex wills, probate, and estate planning

  • Requirements:

  • 3-6 years PQE in private client law, with experience managing a diverse caseload

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
