Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling Wills, Probate and Estate administration for high net worth clients.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work with partners.
• Knowledge of Court of Protection and Lasting Power of Attorney processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate and Estate administration.
• Advise on trusts and lasting powers of attorney for clients.
• Support high net worth clients and complex private client issues alongside the Partners.

I'm delighted to be working with a fantastic law firm with offices throughout Surrey, who is actively recruiting for a Private Client for a full time permanent position.

Joining a well established team, the role available is for a qualified solicitor with at least 2 yrs PQE solicitor. Working for a wide range of clients including high net worth clients and complex matters, you will be covering:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• Trusts
• Court of protection
• Lasting powers of attorney

You will manage your own case load as well as working alongside the Partner and the wider team. The firm really prides itself on providing quality work and support to their staff.
