Job Description:

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a well-established and top-tier law firm in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire.

The role is a Private Client Solicitor position that offers excellent opportunities for progression and development within a large and successful team. The role involves managing a caseload in areas such as Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts, and Trust administration, with supervisory responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have +1 year post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas
• Be experienced in handling caseloads including Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax
• Possess a private client-specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE, or be working towards it
