Private Client Solicitor | 1+ years PQE | Worthing

This highly regarded Worthing-based firm is known for its supportive culture, strong staff retention, and approachable leadership team. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to take on a busy, high-quality caseload.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a busy caseload, including: Wills & Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

You'll work closely with experienced fee-earners and benefit from strong administrative and managerial support. The firm has ambitious growth plans for its Private Client department, making this an excellent time to join.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience handling your own Private Client caseload (Solicitor, CILEx, or experienced Fee Earner considered)
• Ability to manage files independently
• A team player with the ability to work autonomously
• STEP qualification or working towards one is advantageous but not essential
