Private Client Solicitor, 1+ PQE, West Yorkshire, £30,000 - £40,000 DOE.

OVERVIEW:

A reputable firm based in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving practice with a strong reputation and a supportive environment.

• You will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning matters, drafting wills and trusts and providing guidance on inheritance tax planning.
• The appointed Solicitor will liaise with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored legal advice on wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Handle a mixed caseload of both contentious and non-contentious cases.
• You will demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to getting tasks right on the first attempt.
• Applicants will have at least 1 year PQE and ideally be STEP qualified.
• You will be a Wills & Trusts Solicitor who possesses a unique blend of legal expertise, client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail.
