Job Description:

Our client’s primary practice area and income source is their Private Client Department, which includes talented Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Trainees, Paralegals, and Legal Secretaries. The department manages a large, historic will bank, with future growth plans including promotions that will create opportunities for fee earners experienced in private client work.

You will receive full support in your career development, with flexible home working options and a collaborative, friendly environment. The team works together in the office one day a week.

You will manage your own caseload, handling client-facing legal advisory work related to securing assets through Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters, including considerations of wealth, tax, and probate administration complexities.

From day one, you will be assigned cases from the existing caseload, with a comprehensive induction process. You will have assistants to help manage your diary, draft documents, and handle administrative tasks. The role focuses on chargeable hours, with benefits including a competitive salary with bonus, pension, health insurance, gym membership, hybrid working, and 25 days holiday.
