Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients across a variety of legal matters
2. Drafting and negotiating documents
3. Managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
4. Conducting legal research and staying up to date with relevant law and practice
5. Supporting senior team members as required

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, or a Newly Qualified Solicitor
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (preferably newly qualified)
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
