Private Client Solicitor

A Swindon law firm requires a Private Client Solicitor to join one of the largest Private Client teams, containing over 45 staff. This prominent team offers the opportunity to work on a varied Private Client caseload.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will have the opportunity to advise and draft Wills, from simple to more complex forms, Probate, Estate Administration, Elderly Client matters, Care Home Fees, Court of Protection, LPA's, and Deputyships.

Ideally, the successful Solicitor will have post-qualification experience and will benefit from a hybrid working pattern. The firm has a healthy work/life balance culture and offers excellent career prospects.
