Key Responsibilities

  • Handle succession planning, trusts, wills, and estate administration matters.

  • Offer tailored legal advice on tax mitigation and wealth preservation strategies.

  • Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and offshore professionals.

  • Deliver outstanding client care and build long-lasting client relationships.

  • Support internationally mobile clients with UK estate and tax matters.

  • Work with a contentious probate team to advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years PQE in private wealth or private client law.

  • Expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and complex estate planning documents.

  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

  • Familiarity with cross-border issues and international estate planning is desirable.
