Private Client Solicitor – Southport

A renowned full-service practice in Southport is expanding its well-regarded Private Client team and is looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join them. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a perfect balance between professional growth and personal convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, taxes, estates and powers of attorney.
2. Assist with the day-to-day running of the team.
3. Handle complex issues involving business, agriculture and foreign assets.
4. Play an integral role in the development and success of the team, acting as the de facto number two in a four-person unit.
