Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Practitioner to manage a varied private client caseload in East Sussex. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary with a bonus and benefits.

You will work with an established Private Client team, handling wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and Court of Protection matters while developing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or Practitioner with at least 3 years' PQE.
• Experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad private client caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, Court of Protection matters, and estate administration
• Providing exceptional client care and building long-term client relationships
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Meeting agreed fee income targets
• Supervising and mentoring support staff
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and professional training

Based primarily in East Sussex, this role offers you the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment. The position would suit a lawyer looking to take the next step towards a more senior role.
