• Running a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and estate planning matters
• Advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection
• Drafting key legal documents including Wills, LPAs, and Trusts with accuracy and care
• Managing estate administration from start to finish, including probate, HMRC matters, and asset distribution
• Strengthening client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and top-tier service
• Supporting business development initiatives to grow the firm’s private client offering
• Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and contributing to the department's continued success
