PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - SOUTH DEVON COAST

Opportunity in Private Client with Huge Potential

Join a super multi-office regional firm in a brilliant location, offering a fantastic opportunity in Private Client law.

Position Details

Private Client Solicitor (minimum 2+ PQE) with experience in Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client matters, Court of Protection, and Estate Management.

Applicants with step membership or working towards such credentials are encouraged to apply, though not essential.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with high-value estates, including those in the agricultural sector, is valuable but not mandatory.
• Experience in lifetime tax planning for HNW clients is an advantage.
• Flexibility regarding PQE level; from 2 years to more senior candidates.
