An award-winning, top-tier national law firm is seeking a talented Managing Associate or Director-level Private Client Solicitor to join its highly ranked Private Client, Trusts, Estates, and Tax team based in Oxford.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Private Client teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for over 15 consecutive years. The team boasts a national footprint of over 50 specialists and is led by some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

You will work alongside experts in complex and high-value estate planning matters, acting for high and ultra-high net worth clients with diverse asset bases, including international estates, agricultural and literary interests, family businesses, and capacity-sensitive matters.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be over 4 years PQE with significant experience in Private Client law, ideally with expertise in tax, trusts, and estate work
• Have some experience advising HNW and UHNW individuals on complex trust and tax matters
• Possess a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Be willing to work flexibly, with at least one day per week in the Oxford office
