JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE for Orpington, Kent. This regional firm prioritises quality work and client relationships, offering a collaborative environment and genuine progression.

The Work

You’ll handle a broad, sophisticated caseload for a diverse client base:

• Probate and estate administration for individuals, families, and business owners
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning for high-net-worth clients and professionals
• Wills and estate planning with genuine complexity and variation
• Work with sole traders, large companies, charities, schools, academies, and medical practices
• Build relationships with clients and referrers in a practice where most work comes through genuine reputation

You

• 3+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (no upper limit)
• Solid technical grounding across probates, trusts, estate administration, IHT
• Genuine enthusiasm for private client matters

• Flexible, collaborative approach with willingness to undertake varied work
