Private Client Solicitor- Trust and Tax Specialist- 4 Years + PQE | Nottingham | Full-time | Competitive Salary + Exceptional Benefits

The Role

As a key member of the Private Client department, you will:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and families on complex trust and tax matters.
• Draft and administer trusts, wills, and related estate planning documentation.
• Provide guidance on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
• Work closely with colleagues across other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, helping to build out the trust and tax offering.
