Private Client Solicitor- Trust and Tax Specialist- 4Years + PQE

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong specialism in trusts and tax to join a growing team. This is not a generalist private client role - we are looking for someone who has started in Private Client law and developed a clear focus on trusts and tax work.

The Role

As a key member of the Private Client department, you will:

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and families on complex trust and tax matters.
  • Draft and administer trusts, wills, and related estate planning documentation.
  • Provide guidance on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
  • Work closely with colleagues across other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, helping to build out the trust and tax offering.
