Our client is actively seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their Wills and Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role with an established, thriving caseload and strong administrative support.

Type of work:

1. Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
2. Deeds of variation
3. Probate matters (including tax, trusts, and complex estate accounts)
4. Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
5. Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
6. Handling discretionary and nil rate band trusts
7. Undertaking home, hospital, and residential care home visits
