Private Client Solicitor, 3+ PQE, £45,000 to £55,000, Northamptonshire. Our client is a well-established regional practice. Responsibilities:

The successful Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for the management of a busy and full caseload with minimum supervision, to include:

1. Preparation of Lasting Power of Attorney
2. Wills (including the provision of IHT advice)
3. Dealing with the administration of estates and trust work
4. Deputyship applications

You will also be involved with the business development of the department. The appointed Private Client Lawyer will be at least 3 years’ PQE and be joining a supportive firm offering genuine prospects for career development. You will ideally be STEP accredited (not essential) and be able to manage your own caseload of matters including advising on LPAs, Trusts, Wills, Estate Administration and Inheritance planning.

You will be self-motivated, organised and able to communicate to both team members and clients clearly and respectfully. Ideal Private Client Lawyers will have a desire to business develop and further expand the profile of the private client team in Northamptonshire.
