Private Client Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c£65,000 (DOE) - Are you a skilled and motivated Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? My client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm, is expanding their highly successful Private Client team and seeking a talented individual to join them. JOB REF:0624.

THE ROLE:
• You will play a central role in delivering expert legal services across the full spectrum of private client work.
• Managing your own varied caseload, including Wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Drafting legal documents such as Wills, LPAs, Trust Deeds, Deeds of Variation and more.
• Supporting clients throughout the estate administration process with sensitivity and clarity.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Playing an active part in business development to build client relationships and raise the firm’s profile.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
• Proven expertise in Wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.
• Experience with succession planning for rural and farming clients would be advantageous, but not essential.
• STEP qualification is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and sensitively.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in developing your own network and profile, as well as the firm’s.
