Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning matters
• Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration work
• Advising high net worth individuals and families
• Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
• Advising landowners and clients with agricultural or significant property interests
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and related legal documentation
• Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
• Managing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completion

Profile

The Private Client Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with 0 to 5 years PQE
• Experienced in private client matters, ideally including wills, trusts and probate
• Confident advising clients on estate planning and succession matters
• Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals and complex estates
• Able to demonstrate strong technical legal knowledge and attention to detail
• An excellent communicator with a professional and personable approach
• Commercially aware with the ability to develop lasting client relationships
• Organised and capable of managing a varied caseload independently

Job Offer

• A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000
