Are you a skilled and confident Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner looking for your next career move? Do you take pride in delivering exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism? Our client is seeking two experienced individuals to join their well-established Private Client team in Nottingham.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a broad and varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and comprehensive estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)

You’ll have the autonomy to manage files independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. The role offers secretarial support and access to modern case management systems to ensure you can focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and client care.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years PQE with substantial experience running your own caseload of private client matters
• Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical expertise combined with a sensitive, client-centred approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A genuine team player who is keen to integrate into a close-knit team environment and continue learning and developing professionally
• STEP membership or working towards it is advantageous but not essential
