Are you an experienced Solicitor eager to elevate your career? I am partnering with a prestigious and award-winning Private Wealth Department in Manchester that is on the lookout for a talented professional to join its dynamic team as a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner.

About the Team:
This highly regarded Private Wealth team is among the largest outside London, with over 40 dedicated specialists. It provides bespoke legal solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, landowners, trustees and charities.

The team works closely with trusted advisers such as accountants, private banks, financial advisers and investment managers. It is also well-versed in handling contentious trusts and probate matters for executors, trustees and beneficiaries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years PQE in private client work
• Proficiency in estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration and trust formation and taxation
• Experience in supervising junior fee-earners
• A client following or strong market contacts, with a proven ability to generate new business

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in charity formation/administration, income tax, and capital gains tax
• STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Strong business development skills, particularly for Salaried Partner candidates, with the capacity to bring client work and trusteeships/executor ships
