Job summary

Simpson Judge in Merseyside is assisting a well-established firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE and a solid grounding in Court of Protection and elderly services. Court of Protection experience is particularly important, ideally involving complex matters and vulnerable clients.

What makes this role interesting?

This isn't a narrow, box-ticking Private Client position.

You’ll have a varied caseload, genuine client contact and exposure to complex matters across the Private Client spectrum. You’ll work directly with clients, families, courts, Probate Registry, HMRC, HMLR, experts and other professional contacts.

There’s also scope to get involved in business development and networking, so this would suit someone who wants to build their profile and play an active role in the growth of the team.
